Resumen
During the first week of the confinement in mid-March 2020, I started receiving a lot of cultural offers online. Free access to repositories of films, theatre, books, as well as some virtual tours and resources for archaeological museums and sites. I decided it was a perfect moment to evaluate the reach and reception of such offer and conducted a small survey for the Spanish audience.This poster will show some of the main results of the survey, as well as the reflections they encouraged. It will focus on three aspects:- Reach: Did the offer reach new audiences?- Experience: Did people enjoy the offer?- Potential: Was the offer any different?Although the general results are good, a closer look to the data offers a more critical perspective of the reality those first weeks (and further on), that should help to consider better forms of digital engagement for the post-pandemic era.
