Resumen
Pyroarchaeology has developed considerably in recent years, distinguished by its multidisciplinary nature. As a result, researchers from diverse backgrounds often discuss the same subjects but use varying terminologies or overlook similar nuances. This discrepancy complicates to the further advancement of both pyroarchaeology and ‘light studies’. Therefore, we propose a concise list of approximately 20 fundamental words and concepts relevant to our community of physicists, archaeologists, and historians focusing on fire, light, and their traces.
