Fasilkhan Nageri is a Pre-doctoral Researcher at the Instituto de Ciencias del Patrimonio (Incipit–CSIC), focusing on remote sensing approaches to study the relationship between vegetation and the archaeological record in tropical environments. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Forestry and an Erasmus Mundus Joint M.Sc. in Mediterranean Forestry and Natural Resources Management. His research applies remote sensing techniques to investigate forested landscapes and long-term human–forest interactions on Rota Island.
