Summary
Cultural objects are essentially social objects because their value depends

on an interpretative process done by the surrounded community. The management

of cultural heritage (CH) requires a fluid communication between experts

and decision makers, but experts might have different opinions which generates a

severe impact on the decision making process. The conceptual modelling in CH

addresses how such an ontology is generated, and here, we propose a theoretical

framework for including argumentative dialogical structures in order to identify the

disagreements between experts, which is crucial to understand and facilitate the

decision making about how these cultural objects are going to be maintained in the

public space.
