Summary
We present new elemental composition and lead isotope analyses of metal artefacts from El Calvari, La Tosseta and El Puig Roig archaeological sites. These data, together with others previously published and those currently available for the “Launaciense” area, allow us to better define the production and circulation of metal in northeastern Iberia during the Early Iron Age. Although copper from the Linares area continues to predominate, we also document the exploitation of local copper and resources from the south of France, as well as recycled metal from different provenances.
